What is WhatzCRM?
WhatzCRM is a customer communication platform that lets your entire team manage WhatsApp messages, calls, and leads from one shared dashboard.
Can multiple agents use the same WhatsApp number?
Yes! Unlike the standard WhatsApp app, WhatzCRM connects to the WhatsApp Cloud API, allowing unlimited agents to reply to customers using a single business phone number.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All messages and contacts are stored securely in our encrypted database. We value your privacy and data security.
📱 WhatsApp API & Setup
Do I need a new phone number?
It is recommended. If you use your current personal number, you must delete your WhatsApp account on your phone to migrate it to the Cloud API. Once migrated, you cannot use the WhatsApp mobile app with that number anymore; you must use WhatzCRM.
What is the "24-hour rule"?
Meta (WhatsApp) has a policy where businesses can only send free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After 24 hours, you must use a pre-approved Template Message to re-initiate the conversation.
Is the WhatsApp API free?
No. Meta charges a small fee per conversation (Marketing, Utility, or Service). WhatzCRM does not control these fees; they are paid directly to Meta.

Can I send bulk marketing messages?
Yes, you can use the Campaigns feature to send bulk messages. However, you must use Meta-approved templates and ensure your customers have opted in to receive messages to avoid getting blocked.
Does WhatzCRM support Chatbots?
Yes, we have a visual Flow Builder to create automated conversational flows for qualifying leads and answering FAQs.
Can I make voice calls?
Yes, WhatzCRM integrates with Twilio to allow you to make and receive voice calls directly from the dashboard.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the Settings > Billing page.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account will be paused, but we will keep your data for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate.
