WhatzCRM enables you to send bulk WhatsApp messages to thousands of customers for promotions, updates, and newsletters.

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns.
  2. Select Audience: Filter contacts by Tags (e.g., "VIP Customers").
  3. Choose Template: You MUST use a pre-approved Meta Template for initial outreach.
  4. Schedule: Send now or pick a future date/time.

Campaign Analytics

After sending, track your results in real-time: - Sent: Total messages pushed. - Delivered: Successfully reached the phone. - Read: Opened by the customer. - Replied: Customers who started a conversation.

!> Important: Meta has strict rules against spam. Ensure you have user consent before sending bulk messages.

Templates Management

Go to Templates to manage your WhatsApp message templates. - Status: Approved / Rejected / Pending (handled by Meta). - Categories: Marketing, Utility, or Authentication.
