Making Calls

WhatzCRM includes a built-in calling module powered by Twilio.


Agent Capabilities

  • Make Calls: Click the call icon on any contact to start a call.
  • Receive Calls: Answer incoming calls directly within the dashboard.
  • Log Notes: Add notes during or after the call.

Admin Capabilities

  • View Activities: See a log of all calls made by the team.
  • Call Recordings: Listen to recorded conversations for quality assurance and training.
  • Performance: Track call duration and resolution rates.

Call Logs

Every call is saved with: - Timestamp - Duration - Agent Name - Recording (if enabled)
