Managing Contacts

Every WhatsApp conversation is linked to a contact. You can manage them individually or in bulk.

Adding Contacts

1. Auto-Creation

When a customer sends a message to your WhatsApp number, a contact is automatically created in WhatzCRM.

2. Manual Creation

Click Add Contact to manually save a new customer's details.

3. Bulk Import 🚀

You can import a large list of customers at once. 1. Click Import Contacts. 2. Upload your CSV/Excel file. 3. Map the columns (Name, Phone Number). 4. Click Import to finish.

Contact Details

Each contact profile stores: - Conversation History: Past chats. - Call Logs: History of voice calls. - Tags: Labels like "Lead", "Customer", "VIP".
